We start taking new reservations for Shining Sails and The Inn at Fish&Maine in the first week of December on the web site only. Booking early gives you a good chance at a lower rate especially if you are booking during busy times. The rates automatically go up as we get more booked at certain times of the year. So book early for good rates
The cottages which are weekly rentals are a little different. They are all privately owned and we wait for the paperwork from the owners of which weeks they would like to rent. Once we get the paperwork back and get the rebookers booked in we will post available weeks. Check back to this page and I will list which cottages are active to book online.
